Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS

All purchases made through Slaw Media Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Why all sales are final: All media packages are pre-ordered and produced specifically for your show date. Once your order is placed, resources are allocated, shoot schedules are locked, and your package goes into production. We cannot recover those costs regardless of the outcome.

No exceptions for:

  • Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
  • Competitor withdrawal, disqualification, or no-show
  • Dissatisfaction with personal on-stage performance
  • Technical issues on the customer's end (wrong email, missed download link, etc.)
  • Duplicate orders placed in error

Damaged or Undelivered Media If you did not receive your media, received the wrong files, or experienced a verified technical delivery failure on our end, contact us within 48 hours of your expected delivery at adamjslawinski@gmail.com and we will resolve it.
